I get concerned though when I see that attitude and intensity are negatives for a DT. I think that ultimately, if the Vikings are going to go with a DT, it'll be early on, like first round if Peria Jerry falls and they feel he's worth taking there. I know that Pat is getting older, but he's still a force and we have Letroy Guion and Fred Evans still developing. I think that for this year, they'll probably hold off on DT unless there's a steal and maybe target someone early next year to replace Big Pat in 2011. Is that looking too far ahead??? Last year the Vikes took Safety Tyrell Johnson with their first pick (2nd rounder). He was picked as Sharper's obvious replacement. I agree that Nicks would be a good pick and that Unger would be a good center. Actually I think he is better than Mack, but to not mention OT, CB, and DT... it left me a little disappointed.
